Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Salad
Pepporoni Pizza Pasta Salad:
Ingredients:
8 oz pasta Rotini
1/2 green pepper , diced
1/2 red pepper , diced
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes , quartered
1/2 cup red onion
1/2 cup black olives
1 1/4 cup mini pepperoni
2 tablespoons fresh basil
2-3 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast or if your stomach can handle cheese add cheese
** or whatever peppers you have on hand works too.
Dressing
1 cup store bought Italian dressing
Directions:
Cook pasta el dente according to package directions. Rinse under cold water.
Combine pasta, red & green pepper, tomatoes, onion, olives and pepperoni.
Pour the Italian Dressing over pasta, stirring while you are pouring. Gage how much dressing you would like in your pasta based on taste.
Top with fresh basil. Serve immediately or serve cold.
