Baked Chicken; Cilantro and Lime with a Salad (Core-22 Approved)
Here is a fun and easy chicken recipe that works great on its own or toss it in a salad. It is also Core-22 approved.
Ingredients:
6 *chicken breasts
McCormick All Purpose Seasoning; Himalayan Pink Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic Seasoning (to taste)
1-2 tbsp *Olive Oil
*Cilantro 1/2 cup
*Lime 1-2 tbsp
*Red leaf lettuce
*Green Leaf Lettuce
*Iceberg Lettuce
*Kale
Avocado
*Oil and Balsamic Vinegar (maybe some lime or lemon juice) for dressing
(Anything marked with an * should be Organic)
Directions:
1. Bake chicken breast at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes in a glass baking dish, or until no longer pink inside. Season with olive oil, McCormick seasoning, cilantro and lime juice.
2. Assemble salad;
- big bed of lettuce, followed by kale and avocado and light dressing, cut chicken. Shake up and enjoy.
