Balsamic Dijon Baked Chicken (Core-22 Approved)
Balsamic Dijon Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
2 lbs Organic Chicken Breast
1/3 cup Organic Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp Organic Balsamic Vinegar
2 cloves of Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp Dried Basil
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add the following ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon, Garlic, Thyme and Basil. Stir thoroughly.
2. Take Chicken out of package. Place Chicken in a large storage bag. Add marinade and set in fridge for 2-4 hr or even up to 24 hours before cooking.
3. Prepare a baking sheet, line with foil. Turn oven on to 425 degrees F. Place chicken on foil. Cook chicken for about 25 minutes, or until no longer pink inside. When done, remove from the oven. Place in a container and it’s ready for the week.
4. I paired this with a large garden salad of iceberg lettuce, green leaf, romaine, spinach, kale, avocado, and my olive oil-balsamic dressing. Enjoy!
