Baked Haddock

(Core-22 Approved)

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs White Fish— I used Haddock and Cod (make sure WILD CAUGHT)

  • 1-2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Pink Himalayan Salt (to taste)

  • Black Ground Pepper (to taste)

  • 1-2 tsp Paprika

  • 1-2 tsp Thyme (dried)

  • 1-2 tsp Basil (dried)

  • Lemon Juice (to drizzle over before baking)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Place thawed white fish on lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil first, then salt, pepper, paprika, basil and thyme. Sprinkle a tad of lemon juice over each piece.

3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until it reaches desired flakeyness. (may take longer for thicker cuts of fish)

4. Remove from oven. I paired this with baked asparagus and broccoli.

5. Enjoy.
