Ghee Baked Scallops

(Core-22 Approved)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large spoonfuls of Ghee (clarified butter)

  • 2 pounds Wild Caught Scallops (thawed)

  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1-2 tsp dried parsley

  • Pink Himalayan Salt and Black Pepper –to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Pat dry with a paper towel each scallop.

3. Place in oven safe baking sheet.

4. In a small bowl, combine– melted ghee, garlic, parsley, and salt and pepper.

5. Pour mixture over scallops.

6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until done all the way through.
