Broiled Asian Inspired Salmon Stir Fry
(Core-22 Approved)
Ingredients:
6 Wild Caught Salmon Filets (thawed)
2 green peppers
1 small onion
1 small head of Broccoli (cut into florets)
2 tbsp EVOO
2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
4 cloves Garlic, minced
Pink Himalayan Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Set oven to Broil. Set salmon on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle EVOO over each filet. Then drizzle each filet with Coconut aminos– to taste, then sprinkle garlic over each filet (used about 2 cloves, minced) and then crack some salt and pepper over each (again, to taste).
2. Broil for about 10 minutes or until desired crispness.
3. While the salmon is cooking, prepare your veggies. Cut the peppers, onions, and broccoli. Place on a separate lined baking sheet. Sprinkle 1 tbsp EVOO and coconut aminos over veggies. And the remaining garlic.
4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until reached desired tenderness.
5. Serve once piece of salmon with veggies.
